      可能很多人都会觉得奇怪，这次玛可源为什麽会在这片充满了19世纪欧洲维多利亚色调的土地上，选择来自东方的简约艺术设计。其实这也恰恰体现了澳大利亚这个国度的多元文化融合理念。日本和澳大利亚的设计理念对室内外的平衡有着共同的喜爱 – 以“间”（ma）的概念来解释，意味着“空间”。室内和室外生活的平衡是澳大利亚设计中的元素，至今仍是主要的概念。

        高田宏一，来自日本，他是澳洲最具影响力的建筑设计师之一，在过去11年裡面，他的作品遍佈全澳，他的设计永远是建筑群裡最具匠心的存在，会给你带来最特别的视觉享受。Green Square的Infinity, 由一个全透明的图书馆和一栋公寓两部分组成，两栋楼呈90度夹角，中间是完全镂空，由最上面的三层楼是连接起来，整体视觉效果张力十足，非常有动感，儘管只是匆匆而过，但「她」给我留下了很深刻的印象。而悉尼市中心最著名的被绿色植物包裹著的公寓Central park，中国留学生最热门的居住区域Zealand的购物中心East Village，也是高田先生的杰作。他表示，通过将自然融入建筑，空间变得更加温暖，更容易放松。

        玛可源CEO Gina YUAN同时表示，“我们也希望透过和高田先生的合作，把玛可源交付给投资人的项目，成为下一个悉尼的地标性建筑。”
